GRIZZLY LIPS
Once considered endangered, we now have an abundance if grizz in the Rockies.They are strikingly beautiful animals that come in a surprising variety of colors from almost black to almost blonde. Although at times they look a bit clumsy, they are quite speedy and have been clocked running at 35 miles per hour, which is about the same as a lion! Two things I especially love about bears: their kind of flappy lower lip and their pigeon-toed front paws. I think they are beautiful, but I do prefer to see them from a long distance through my long camera lens!
