Oh, my! Babies, babies, babies. Doesn’t matter to me what furry animal, they are adorable. On a recent trip to England I learned about the hardy Herdwick. They are mostly in the Lake District area, roaming freely on the fells. The babies are born with black wool and white faces. The wool gradually lightens with age. The wool is rather coarse and there is an old saying that if you have a Herdwick wool coat, put it in your will because it will last generations.
