HYBRID FALCON
This is a Peregrine hybrid falcon owned by one of the falconers at the Raptor Center in Wilson, Wyoming. On a windy Father’s Day event when most of the birds were grounded, this guy was allowed to fly. He went “off course” and in the process of coming back to his handler, was about arms length from me! What a treat to see this beautiful bird so close.
